Okay so it has been awhile since the last blog. The semester has ended and we are working on another great semester. I look forward to working with each of your children and visiting with you if you have questions or concerns.

1st Grade: We are continuing in the Road to Reading Orange Level. Students will be practicing making predictable words on their sound boards. They will be reading Phonetically Regular Words and High Frequency Words (Memory Words). They will then be reading and writing sentences using the PRW's and HFW's. We are working on the beginning blends st, sw & tw and ending blends mp, sk and st this week. Our DIBELS scores are showing how hard these students are working.

8th Grade English:
